Yellow Minds is a caring program designed to help adults with developmental disabilities grow in independence, discover their voice, and build skills that open doors to meaningful opportunities. Through hands-on support and engaging community experiences, participants gain confidence, make connections, and take steps toward living more independent and meaningful lives.
Our mission is to foster independence, confidence, and inclusion by providing meaningful support for participants and their families. Each participant will be paired with a dedicated Life Guide (support worker) in a ratio of 1 Life Guide per 3 participants, ensuring individualized attention and growth.

Our program offers structured weekday programming, community events, and personalized support to empower adults with developmental disabilities.
We measure success by tracking each participant’s progress in independence, social skills, confidence, and overall quality of life.
Goal: To empower participants with practical life skills that foster independence and confidence in daily living.

Goal: To prepare participants for meaningful work and cooperative opportunities, building pathways to independence and inclusion.
